Dr. Thurston is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2017.

Sunshine Smith, CCMA

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

Sunshine has worked in mental health for 3 years and has 5+ years of medical experience, including TMS and Spravato treatments. She is currently working on becoming a Registered Aromatherapist.
