The clinic is located in the Coeur d'Alene North Condominium Office Suites on the second floor, Suite 200.

We are kitty-corner from the City Beach Park parking lot.

Office suites and parking entrance is at the corner of Northwest Blvd and Lakeside Ave.

Parking Garage

Parking is available in the parking garage with the "Blue Awning." Please park in either spots marked "Client" parking or "200."

Enter the building through the parking garage and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor, take a left upon entering the second floor and take the first left just past the bathrooms. We are at the end of the hall in Suite 200.
